1.Objectives

To encourage students of earth sciences to participate in international conferences for competing outstanding student paper awards. The 2015 AGU Fall Meeting will be the first international conference recognized by the ESPRC to hold this competition.

2.Eligibility

• -

  Students pursuing an undergraduate, masters, or doctorate degree in universities in Taiwan

• -

  Must be the lead author of the abstract presented Each paper can only have one student eligible for this competition

3.Sign-Up

• -

  Abstract or full paper submission: 10/1~10/31 upload to the ESPRC website

4.Judging Process

• -

  Submitted abstract or full paper will be evaluated by review panels of the ESPRC.

• -

  Qualified abstract or full paper will be announced (date TBD)and the corresponding poster or oral PPT will be asked to enter the final judging process

5.Award announcement and ceremony

• -

  Student Outstanding Student Paper Awards will be announced in early December, 2015.

• -

  The award ceremony will be held in the Taiwan Night (2015/12/17) during 2015 AGU Fall Meeting
