一、本校地球科學學院即日起公開徵求具前瞻理念、領導協調能力及國際視野之院長人選，三年一任，得續任一次。任期自2025年2月1日起。歡迎各界人士應徵或推薦。
二、本校地球科學學院有大氣科學學系、地球科學學系、太空科學與工程學系、應用地質研究所、水文與海洋科學研究所、地球系統科學國際研究生博士學位學程、地球科學學院學士班、高等模式研發應用中心、地球科學前瞻應用研究中心、碳封存及地熱研究中心、台灣極地研究中心。
三、申請者需符合下列基本條件：
1.地球科學領域專長且有卓越學術地位及國際觀。
2.教授或具教授聘任資格。
3.具二年以上(含)學術行政或研究行政職務經驗。
4.若非本國人士，中文表達要能流暢。

The National Central University of Taiwan is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Dean of the College of Earth Sciences. This position is for a three-year term and can be extended for an additional term. It will start on Feb. 1, 2025.
The College of Earth Sciences includes the Department of Atmospheric Sciences, Department of Earth Sciences, Department of Space Science and Engineering, Graduate Institute of Applied Geology, Graduate Institute of Hydrological and Oceanic Sciences, and an International Ph.D. Program for Earth System Science, Interdisciplinary Program of Earth System Science, Center for Advanced Model Research Development and Application, Advanced Research Center for Earth Sciences, Carbon Storage and Geothermal Research Center, Taiwan Polar Institute.
Qualified Candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Be an active researcher in earth sciences with outstanding academic accomplishments and broad international perspective
2. Held the position of a university professor or equivalent rank
3. Have at least 2 years of academic or research administrative experience
4. Foreign applicants must be fluent in the Chinese Language.
