台灣大學大氣科學系誠徵專任教師一至二名

國立台灣大學大氣科學系擬徵聘一至二位專任教授、副教授或助理教授,自2025年8月起聘。應徵者需有博士學位,具備博士後研究經歷為佳;

本系歡迎具有劇烈天氣(颱風、中尺度對流)、東亞季風、極端天氣與氣候、大氣物理與化學、大氣觀測(遙測)或大氣科學領域其他新興重要議題等專長,能發展有特色與創新的研究且具教學熱忱者來申請。

The Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the National Taiwan University (DAS-NTU) is looking to hire one to two faculty members at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor levels, starting in August 2025. The preferred expertise lies in areas such as severe weather (e.g., typhoon and mesoscale convection), East Asian monsoon, extreme weather and climate, atmospheric physics and chemistry, observation/instrument/remote sensing, or emerging critical topics in atmospheric sciences. The deadline for application is December 5, 2024.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree in atmospheric sciences or closely related fields, preferably with postdoctoral experience. They should also have the capability to develop unique and innovative research projects and possess teaching experience. (1) Curriculum vitae with a complete publication list.
(2) Statement of research interests (within three pages).
