地科中心補助單篇論文經費核銷注意事項
Earth Science Research Promotion Center (ESRPC)Guidelines for Journal Article Subsidies

1. 申請補助單篇論文經費，申請人資格為國內教師或研究人員(含博士後研究、博士生)及碩士生)。
   Applicants for subsidies to purchase journal articles must be domestic faculty members, researchers (including postdoctoral researchers & Phd candidates), or master’s students.
2. 申請人需先至地科中心網頁(本頁下方)填寫「補助單篇期刊論文申請表」，取得中心寄發同意函且先行墊付，事後檢附下列單據核銷歸墊：
   Applicants are required to submit the “Application Form for Subsidy of Journal Articles” on the ESRPC website (see below). Upon receiving the approval letter issued by the ESRPC, applicants shall make the payment in advance and subsequently apply for reimbursement by submitting the following documents:
   • (1) 訂購期刊論文之出版社確認訂購信(內容含申請人姓名、篇名、金額等)。
     Confirmation of article purchase from the publisher (must include applicant’s name, article title, and amount).
   • (2) 申請人付款資料(如：信用卡帳單影本)。
     Proof of payment (e.g., a copy of the credit card statement).
   • (3) 支出證明單(點擊下載)。
   • (4) 申請人身分證字號及匯款帳號(僅報帳使用)
     Applicant’s ID number and bank account details (for reimbursement purposes only).
   • (5) 提供下載期刊含有「期刊名稱」、「篇名」「卷期資訊」等資訊的頁面
     Please download the article which includes the journal title, article title, and volume/issue information.
3. 本補助採單案補助方式，若有多篇需求，仍須分別提出補助申請，以利後續核銷依據，敬請配合。
   For multiple articles, please separate applications must be submitted for each article to facilitate subsequent reimbursement processing.
4. 若送出申請3天內，未收到審查核定通知，敬請盡速與中心聯繫(lillianwang@ncu.edu.tw / esrpc@cc.ncu.edu.tw)
   If you do not receive an approval letter within three days after submitting your application, please contact the ESRPC as soon as possible at lillianwang@ncu.edu.tw / esrpc@cc.ncu.edu.tw
5. 自113年4月1日起申請者有兩次豁免機會，若不慎購買到本中心已經為貴校補助購買之期刊或館際合作期刊，本中心仍會通過申請。 地科中心為各校購置的期刊書目及館際合作期刊，皆可在本中心網站之「圖書期刊」查詢。
   Each applicant is granted two exemption opportunities. If an article is inadvertently purchased that has already been subsidized by the ESRPC for your institution or is available through interlibrary, the application may still be approved.
